Bhargeshwar Banerji is a financial governance expert dedicated to advancing India’s financial ecosystem through innovation, regulation, and institutional excellence. With over 33 years of experience across the regulatory and financial sectors, he has held senior leadership positions, culminating in his role as Chief General Manager at the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

At the RBI, he was closely involved in the supervision and regulation of banks and NBFCs, played a key role in establishing the Risk Specialist Division within the Department of Supervision, and chaired the Technical Advisory Group responsible for reviewing the RBS and CAMELS rating models.

Mr. Satish Goel is a commerce graduate from the University of Punjab and holds a Chartered Accountant degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants (CA) of India (ICAI). He is also the fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
With over 34 years of vast experience in the Banking & Finance, Corporate law, Taxation, Risk Management, Trade, Industry and Commerce, Statutory Audit, Bank Audits, Agriculture and Rural Economy, Co-operation and SME, International Banking.

He was Managing Director of the company right from its inception to Jan 2019. He set up a trading business of Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals products in July, 1988 and then set up a medium size WHO standard “Specialty Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Active Ingredients” manufacturing company in the year 1994. He successfully led IPO of the company in 1994.
