His past stints include serving as Interim CEO and Board Member at NCDEX e Markets Ltd (NeML), where he led strategic business expansion and institutional strengthening initiatives. He has also served as an Investor Director on the Board of Rashtriya e Markets Ltd., a joint venture of NeMLand Govt. of Karnataka, and contributed significantly to governance, policy advocacy, and digital market development across these platforms.

A postgraduate in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai, Shailesh combines deep technical understanding with strategic business leadership. Bhargeshwar Banerji is a financial governance expert dedicated to advancing India’s financial ecosystem through innovation, regulation, and institutional excellence. With over 33 years of experience across the regulatory and financial sectors, he has held senior leadership positions, culminating in his role as Chief General Manager at the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

At the RBI, he was closely involved in the supervision and regulation of banks and NBFCs, played a key role in establishing the Risk Specialist Division within the Department of Supervision, and chaired the Technical Advisory Group responsible for reviewing the RBS and CAMELS rating models.

His core expertise spans governance, cybersecurity and IT risk assessment, financial fraud risk management, and regulatory compliance He holds a Master’s in International Business from the University of Birmingham (UK), an MBA, and a Bachelor’s in Economics, and is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB).

Ms. Rupashree Shrivastava, is an Arts graduate from University of Mumbai, she has more than two decades of vast experience in business. Currently she is serving as the Chairman of Astha Mahila Nagrik Sahakari Bank Maryadit, Bhopal. She has strong understanding of laws and regulations, with proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environment.

Mr. Satish Goel is a commerce graduate from the University of Punjab and holds a Chartered Accountant degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants (CA) of India (ICAI). He is also the fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
With over 34 years of vast experience in the Banking & Finance, Corporate law, Taxation, Risk Management, Trade, Industry and Commerce, Statutory Audit, Bank Audits, Agriculture and Rural Economy, Co-operation and SME, International Banking.
He also has been appointed as Part time Non-Official Director of Corporation Bank (A Premier Govt. of India Enterprise) by GOI, Ministry of Finance, Department of Financial Services for a period of 3 years.

Mr. Eric Anklesaria has completed his post-graduation in Business Administration from XLRI Jamshedpur; G.N.I.I.T. in software technology and systems management; Certificate in Consumer Banking – Bombay Management Association; and Certificate in strategic planning of information systems – IIM Ahmedabad.

MPradeep Malu, is a Chartered Accountant and an Entrepreneur. He is the founder of iStreet Network Limited (Old name: Principal Pharmaceuticals & Chemicals Ltd.). He has huge 30+years of experience in building and running business right from scratch.

He was Managing Director of the company right from its inception to Jan 2019. He set up a trading business of Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals products in July, 1988 and then set up a medium size WHO standard “Specialty Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Active Ingredients” manufacturing company in the year 1994. He successfully led IPO of the company in 1994.

The company was manufacturing Beta Blockers and Intermediates of ACE Inhibitors at different locations in Gujarat and Maharashtra. It had approvals/contracts for its facilities from large International companies and performed highly complex chemistry at the plant.

Chase, and Reliance.
