He has a wide experience in managing International Operations, Transfer Pricing, Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Finance operations, Accounting, Budgeting, Costing, Tax Planning and Structured Finance with a strong emphasis on enhancing overall controls and growth in profitability of the business.
Mr. Kala is practicing at R Kala & Associates, wherein he provides SME organisations comprehensive CFO services which takes care of their Accounts, Taxation, Audit, Banking and other fund-raising needs and also serves on the board of Poddar Housing and Development Limited as an Independent Director. He was associated with Reliance Chemotex Industries Ltd as Group Chief Financial Officer, Rolta India
Ltd. as Divisional Director in Finance and Parksons Group, Mumbai as Chief Financial Officer.
