HR Executive

HR executive should perform the basic functions of the HR department, handling areas such as personnel management and the maintenance of HR records.

Few of the key functions for which HR Executive shall be responsible are:


Recruit people based on the requirement given by the HODs. Prepare JDs in case not available or to be modified, coordinate with Recruiters and post on various HR Recruitment websites, conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate with respective persons for the final interview, reference checks.

On Boarding – Induction

Issuing letter of intent, collecting and verifying documents, issuing appointment letter, induction process, handholding new joiners, introduction process, issuing of assets, proper filing all the documents, setting up email ID and other information related to joining a new person.

Attendance and Record keeping

Handling monthly attendance for payroll purpose, leave records, various record maintaining, assisting and providing info in filing in returns etc.

HR Administration

Reviewing, updating and maintaining HR policy, proper filing of all forms related to any government agencies including PF etc., handbook, performance appraisal form and training schedules. Handling all employee enquiries & grievances. Negotiating with staff and their representatives on issues relating to pay and conditions.


Graduate + preferably an MBA / PGDBM in HR with 2-3 years of experience in handling, recruitment and HR activities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to deal people politely, willingness to learn. Good interpersonal skills. Ability to manage and lead staff to excellent performance, must be a team player. Must be highly organized
